Ref Mind is a research assistant tool that helps users save, recall, and synthesize information from web pages. The service includes free and paid features (Pro).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: Payments for Ref Mind Pro are handled by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You retain ownership of the content you save, but grant us license to process it for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating summaries).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ref Mind is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ref Mind be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
